Cottonwood's chef Sasha in collaboration with local sportsman and game chef Pete Datema have created a seasonal menu highlighting the best of local farms and foraged finds, including a rich and savory morel mushroom risotto topped with tender duck breast. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the earthy, fresh flavors of spring — from garden greens to wild herbs — all sourced close to home.
