Floral Department Manager
Do you love flowers? Do you love putting a smile on someone’s face? We’re looking for a leader who wants to grow our floral department.
- Direct staff to properly process and organize flowers, prep supplies and break down recycling and trash.
- Create in-house designs to be used on the website
- Managing tracking of inventory and purchasing flowers and supplies.
- Managing customer service processes.
- Follow up on bad reviews and unhappy customers.
- Leading operations of the flower shop.
- Manage the website to reflect current seasons, trends and offerings.
- Post regularly on social media.
40 hrs/week Must be able to work Holidays
